Upgrade to the latest version of LogTag Analyser. (A very common cause of problems is running an outdated version of software.)

Option # 3.
Send us a software help request from LogTag Analyser.
This function packages up an email and includes system information that may assist us solving the problem.
Attach any related files (LTD's for example) of data that may help the diagnosis. This goes directly to LogTag New Zealand. LogTag South Africa will not have any knowledge of your request for assistance
